The Library Experience for Cantine Aperte

For Cantine Aperte, Bertani opened its Grezzana wine library on 24 and 25 May 2025. The special programme paired the 1967, 1980 and 2015 vintages of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico with three small dishes created by Giancarlo Perbellini of the three-Michelin-starred Casa Perbellini in Verona.

The article also reviewed The Library's development. Inaugurated in 2022, it held 48 Amarone vintages extending from the inaugural 1958 harvest to 2015, with 2016 due to join the collection. Nick Jackson MW selected 43 vintages and grouped them into Exuberance, Gentleness, Harmony and Finesse. The experience joined the year-round Valpolicella Classica tour within the hospitality programme renewed in May 2024.
