The Merlot is grown in Bertinga’s estate vineyards in Tuscany, using organic vineyard practices.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for 12 months in oak barriques.

Complex and balanced, with notes of fruit and wood and a balanced texture.
