About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Bertinga’s estate vineyards in Tuscany, where the vines are farmed organically.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed without crushing. Fermentation occurs naturally with native yeasts and without temperature control.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for 18 months, followed by 12 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
Tasting profile
Rounded in texture and smooth on the palate, with distinctive fruit and oak notes.
