Dal 1831 in ascolto della natura: il nostro patto per il futuro
The article presents wine as a product shaped by climate, soil, seasons and environmental health. The naturally stable temperature and humidity of the Cattedrali Sotterranee are described as a historic example of low-energy maturation. Current priorities include protecting landscape, biodiversity and soil; reducing packaging weight and increasing recyclability; improving water and energy efficiency; supporting employee welfare and the local community; and using Equalitas to measure environmental, social and economic responsibility. The programme is presented as a collective commitment requiring transparency and action for future generations.
