Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at more than 500 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified in stainless-steel tanks at a low, controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by one month in bottle before release.
