Perspective Brigaldara
Agricultural work continued through the 2020 lockdown, while the pause in social activity gave the team time to advance a communications project begun earlier that year. The starting points were the logo and labels, which had remained substantially unchanged for more than forty years.
The increasing participation of Antonio and Lamberto in decisions alongside Stefano and the wish to give greater visibility to the name Brigaldara prompted the redesign. Brigaldara was treated first as a historical toponym and only then as a company name: a place encompassing the different viticultural identities of Valpolicella and bringing together distinct perspectives, experiences and generations.
The team sought a balance between innovation and the visual familiarity accumulated over four decades. Hundreds of tests, drafts, prints and discussions led to a new identity that gave the name Brigaldara greater prominence while retaining continuity with the estate’s established values.
