About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown at Ponti sul Mincio, in the province of Mantova, on moraine hills formed during the Quaternary period. The soils are fertile, made of clay and fine gravel.
Grapes
The blend is usually Sauvignon Blanc and Trebbiano.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees.
