About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Pozzolengo, in the province of Brescia, on moraine hills with fertile, finely gravelly clay soils. They come from a single plot facing east to west, which receives sunlight throughout the day. In these soil and climate conditions the grapes reach ideal ripeness and the berries turn golden.
Grapes
The grape is Turbiana, the name under which the text gives the variety.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
After fermentation the wine ages on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suggested with main courses, white meat, fish and fresh cheeses.
