Ca’ Rugate won the Best of Wine Tourism Award

The international Best of Wine Tourism jury selected Ca’ Rugate as Verona’s global winner in the Art & Culture category. The Enomuseo was central to the decision: its collection of more than 100 family agricultural tools reconstructs 20th-century farming life and the production cycle of wine.

The Educational Farm and its programmes for schools and families also contributed. Wine-tourism itineraries connected winery experiences with a Palladian villa, a local dairy and horse-riding routes through the Soave Classico hills. Michele Tessari linked the award to a wider ambition to open the territory to visitors and announced the goal of developing a Social Farm devoted to inclusion and social reintegration.
