About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard was planted only a few years before the description was published and lies at more than 900 m on Etna. Day-to-night temperature differences can exceed 20°C. The site is persistently windy and receives intense sunlight. Grape production per vine is extremely low.

Fermentation is carefully managed through a protocol devised to develop the variety's organoleptic qualities.
Label / history
The variety is presented as returning to Etna after its nineteenth-century period of prominence in the area.
