Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards on the Salento Peninsula.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The must is fermented in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its fragrant character.

Young, fresh and easy-drinking, with aromas of apple and ripe grapes and a delicate honeyed sweetness.
