The Merlot grows in vineyards in Veneto, on limestone and clay soils. These soils help the juicy, ripe bunches develop well.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only when they reach optimal ripeness and are taken straight to the winery. Fermentation and maceration are carried out under strict temperature control.
