About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in selected vineyards along Puglia’s Adriatic and Ionian coasts.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. The must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation and eight days of skin maceration.
