About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Sicily. The wine is labelled Sicilia IGT.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
Before bottling, the wine is aged briefly in stainless steel tanks.

"Cataldo" is a range that features only Sicilian wines. The text notes that Sicily was once known only for sweet Muscat wines and later for fortified Marsala.
