The Cellar and bottling machine

The cellar provides approximately 104,000 hl of storage and ageing capacity. Its equipment covers filtration, stabilisation and continual monitoring, while grape quality and oversight of each production stage are supported by GSFS and IFS certification.

The bottling line handles different bottle sizes at a rate of 6,000 bottles per hour and accommodates traditional cork or Stelvin closures. The equipment and staff also make it possible to prepare customer-specific packaging and private labels, vinify wine for other producers and provide third-party bottling services.
