Tasting profile
Deep ruby red. The broad, refined bouquet brings together morello cherry and other red fruits, violet and sweet spices. The palate reflects the aromatic profile and is full-bodied and structured, with velvety, soft tannins and a long, persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18 °C with roasts, grilled meat, braised meat or game. It may also be enjoyed on its own as a contemplative wine.
