The project explores a new interpretation of Sicilian grapes by combining the brightness of Catarratto Lucido with the structure of Perricone vinified without its red colour. It is released as a small, exclusive selection. Artemisia arborescens, a plant found among the rows in the Trapani countryside, appears on the label and links the wine's identity to the vegetation of Salemi.
