The name reflects Bruna Ferro’s love of donkeys, which she studies as a member of the national association dedicated to their protection. She regards the donkey as loyal, respectful, playful and sociable, as well as an animal that will not act without understanding. “Asinoi” combines the Italian asino (“donkey”) with noi (“we”), evoking sharing food in good company.
