About this wine
Grapes
100% Sangiovese, trained using the alberello system at a density of 6,666 vines per hectare. Harvest takes place in mid-October.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in 225-litre barrels or wooden tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in 350-litre barriques, followed by at least six months in bottle.
