Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Spereta vineyard.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then destemmed and sorted at the winery. Fermentation lasts 12 days in open, cone-shaped tanks under controlled temperatures.
