About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo two rounds of sorting. Spontaneous fermentation takes place without added yeast in open, cone-shaped stainless-steel vats, followed by maceration in the same type of vessel.
Ageing
The wine matures for 15 months in oak barrels, developing subtle spice and greater complexity.
Tasting profile
Fresh, bright and juicy, with an energetic yet refined character. Juicy fruit is supported by a spicy structure.
Serving and pairing
Pair with pasta in tomato sauce, grilled meat, bruschetta with sun-dried tomatoes or mature cheeses.
