About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on stony alluvial soils at the foot of Montello hill, near Belvedere in Volpago del Montello, north of Treviso. The composition of the soil means each vine produces only a small number of bunches, which gives the wine greater concentration.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, then crushed and pressed before being placed in tanks. The must macerates there for 10–12 days at 25 °C.
Ageing
After fermentation the wine is aged in concrete vats.

A delicate dry red.

The wine holds a unified EU certificate confirming its organic origin.
