About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Glera is grown in Case Paolin’s vineyards in the municipality of Volpago del Montello. The vines are 30 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates in late September and macerated for 15–18 hours. The first fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts. The base wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle using the traditional method.
Tasting profile
The wine is slightly cloudy, with natural yeast sediment.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with rice, fish and vegetable dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, pastries and desserts that are not too sweet.
