About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Glera grows on alluvial plains at the foot of the Montello hills. The vines are trained using the Capovolto method.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September. Traditional white-wine vinification involves partial cryomaceration, followed by primary fermentation at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place under high pressure in an autoclave using the Charmat-Martinotti method.
