About this wine
Grapes: 70% Malvasia del Lazio, 30% Trebbiano Verde and Bellone.
First year of production: 1993.
Origin: volcanic hills at 250 m. Training: spurred cordon, 5,500 vines/ha; average vine age 23 years; yield 50 q/ha.
Vinification: 8–10 days in stainless steel at 18°C.
Alcohol: 13.5%. Format: 0.50 L.
