Grapes: 40% Shiraz, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot.
First year of production: 1993.
Origin: volcanic hills at 250 m. Soil rich in potassium and tuff.
Training: spurred cordon; 5,500 vines/ha; average vine age 24 years; yield 70 q/ha.
Vinification: 15–18 days in stainless steel at 25–28°C.
Alcohol: 14.5%. Format: 0.75 L.
