About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, then sorted and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 18 days at approximately 30 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless steel tanks for about six months.

Refined and delicate, with fruit-forward aromas and flavours and an elegant, polished character.
