About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on clay-soiled morainic hills in Bardolino. The vines are 10–25 years old.
Vinification
Harvest takes place from late September to early October. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, followed by fermentation at 24–26 °C using the Ganimede method and eight days of maceration. The wine is bottled under sterile conditions using modern technology.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks.
