About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in the Bardolino region.
Grapes
Corvina gives the wine body, structure and cherry notes. Rondinella adds a fresh, herbal character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested as they reach optimal ripeness. After sorting, they are pressed in a pneumatic press, and the must ferments in contact with the skins.
Ageing
The finished wine ages for a period in neutral stainless steel tanks, then is filtered and bottled.
Tasting profile
A light, semi-dry red. Cherry notes and body from Corvina, with a fresh, herbal character from Rondinella.
Serving and pairing
Versatile and food-friendly, it pairs with many dishes, especially meat.
