About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on moraine hills in Veneto, in clay and limestone soils. The vines are 10–15 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September, then destemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place at 24–26 °C, with eight days of maceration. The wine is bottled under sterile conditions using modern technology.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for four months.
