About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of October and gently pressed. The must undergoes skin maceration and controlled-temperature fermentation. After stabilization in December–January, the wine is transferred to sealed vats for a secondary fermentation lasting about two months.

Refined and well balanced, with bright fruit aromas.
Label / history
The name refers to the 27 operas written by Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi, who was born in the province of Parma.
