About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of October and gently pressed. The juice is macerated with the skins and pulp, then undergoes alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After stabilization and storage until December or January of the following year, the wine undergoes a two-month secondary fermentation in autoclaves.
Label / history
The wine is presented in an opaque, matte-black glass bottle with minimal labelling, designed to function as a chalkboard. A small pouch tied around the neck contains two pieces of white chalk and a piece of felt for writing or drawing on the bottle.
