Ageing
Ageing is in two stages: 16 months in 300-litre French oak barrels, then at least 4 months in bottle in the winery's temperature-controlled cellars.
Tasting profile
Deep fruit flavours and a rich structure. The aroma is bright, with classic notes of cherry, plum, dried herbs and tomato leaves. The style is international.
