Cesari & Contemporary Soul: Discovering Amarone Bosan Excellence in Rome and Milan

The “Six Faces, One Soul” programme compared the 2015, 2013, 2012, 2007, 2006 and 2003 Bosan vintages. Michele Gamba led the technical and sensory presentation. The first event took place at BIVIUM in Six Senses Rome; the second paired the same vertical concept with Carlo Cracco’s cooking at Ristorante Cracco in Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, including unconventional matches with shellfish and freshwater fish.
