Collecting Amarone della Valpolicella: The Value of Time in Caveau Bosan

Ageing gradually softens Amarone’s tannins, deepens its garnet colour and transforms primary fruit into tertiary notes such as truffle, liquorice, chocolate, tobacco and sweet spices. Bosan’s acidity, polyphenolic structure, extract and alcohol support this development. Created in 2024 within the redesigned Fumane winery, Caveau Bosan holds more than 10,000 bottles beginning with the 1997 debut vintage. The Bosan Experience links the Marano vineyard, drying loft and Caveau, while a limited vertical case combines the 2015, 2010 and 2001 vintages with hand-applied wax seals.
