Excellence in Valpolicella: Outstanding International Scores for Two Amarone della Valpolicella Cesari

Wine Spectator awarded Bosan 2016 94 points, the highest score yet received by a Cesari wine; the vintage had already received Tre Bicchieri and Bibenda’s Cinque Grappoli. James Suckling awarded Amarone Classico 2021 91 points. The latter release marked the fiftieth vintage in a sequence begun in 1971 and continued the house emphasis on elegant structure, silky tannins and balance.
