About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Merlot and Sangiovese fruit comes from vineyards in Veneto, where the soils have a distinctive structure and the vines receive generous sunshine.
Vinification
The grapes undergo skin maceration for 4–8 days. The must is then transferred to dedicated tanks for alcoholic fermentation, which lasts 8–10 days at a controlled temperature of 25–30 °C.
Tasting profile
The aroma is intense, with light notes of clove and raspberry. The palate is delicate, refined and smooth, with balanced character and some complexity.
