Vineyard and terroir
The grapes for the white wines are grown in Veneto, where the vineyards are cooled by cold northerly winds and shielded from intense sunlight by high mountains.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18–20 °C.
Tasting profile
Golden highlights accompany a rich fruity and floral aroma. The palate is delicate and light, with further fruit and floral notes. It is soft, refined and easy-drinking, while retaining complexity and a balanced, elegant and harmonious character.
