About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Apulia at an altitude of 380 m, mainly on limestone soils. The vines are 8–10 years old.
Grapes
The blend includes Fiano Minutolo, an ancient Apulian variety that has been rediscovered.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-August. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, after which the wine is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees for 24 months.

Serve in a flute glass.
