Label / history

Albestro is a range of young, lively wines intended for everyday drinking and packaged in Tetra Pak with a screw cap.

Cielo e Terra was founded in 1908. Its name combines terra, the Italian word for earth, with Cielo, the founding family’s surname. The company began expanding and improving production under Pietro Cielo in 1930, and established new vineyards in 1962 to increase production. It is now led by fourth-generation brothers Luca and Pierpaolo Cielo and has approximately 300 ha of land.

Cielo e Terra belongs to Gruppo Cantine Colli Berici, which owns approximately 4,000 ha of vineyards. Most Cielo e Terra wines are produced there.
