After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

The wine rests on its fine lees.
Label / history
Cielo e Terra was founded in 1908. Its name combines terra, meaning “earth,” with Cielo, the founding family’s surname. The company began expanding and improving production under Pietro Cielo in 1930 and established new vineyards in 1962. It is now run by fourth-generation brothers Luca and Pierpaolo Cielo.
