About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on clay soils in the Marche region, at 250–300 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in late September. Traditional white-wine vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control.

Refreshing and well balanced.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with elaborate seafood dishes, poultry, pasta and medium-aged cheeses.
