About this wine
Grapes
The wine brings together all 28 Sangiovese clones grown in the Colle Santa Mustiola vineyards.
Vinification
The wine undergoes a long maceration and fermentation.
Ageing
It matures in large Slavonian oak casks for 36–48 months, followed by 24 months in bottle. It is released no earlier than six years after the harvest.
