About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Raboso is picked in November and dried for a period before traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in 200 hL Slavonian oak casks and 40 hL barriques, followed by three months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
Label / history
Ca’Emo takes its name from one of the Emo family’s historic estates, where wines were traditionally made in an elegant, light and refreshing style for drinking after a hard day’s work.
