About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the volcanic terroir of the Euganean Hills in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified at the winery. Secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave for several weeks using the Charmat-Martinotti method.
Ageing
The wine ages on its fine lees for several months.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with light appetizers, fish, seafood or cheese.
