About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and macerated on their skins for 10–15 days. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in small oak barrels, followed by a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
