About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the estate’s vineyards in Tezze di Piave, S. Polo di Piave and Mareno di Piave.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, clarified and cold-settled. Part of the must ferments on the lees at a controlled temperature, while the remainder is held at a low temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests with selected yeasts under strictly controlled temperature conditions.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with white meat, fish, seafood, Mediterranean salads, sushi and fresh creamy cheeses.
