About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the estate vineyards at Tezze di Piave, S. Polo di Piave and Mareno di Piave.
Grapes
The blend includes a small proportion of Pinot Nero.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, cleaned and cold-settled. Part of the must ferments on the lees at a controlled temperature, while the remainder is held at a low temperature.
Ageing
The sparkling wine rests with selected yeasts under strictly controlled temperatures.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with white meat, fish, seafood, Mediterranean salads, sushi and fresh creamy cheeses.
