About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Corte Adami’s own vineyard in the historic Castelcerino area. The site lies at 350 m above sea level, faces south-east and has volcanic soils and a mild local climate. The vines average 40 years of age.
Vinification
After careful selection, the grapes are dried on special racks for at least four months, then gently pressed. A long fermentation takes place partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees for seven to eight months with periodic bâtonnage, followed by four months in stainless steel tanks and several months in bottle.

Richly aromatic, with an elegant, mineral character.
