About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the hills of the Roncà area, mainly in volcanic soils. The vines are over 30 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Traditional fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, followed by a brief rest in tank. The wine is bottled with its natural yeast sediment, where it undergoes a second fermentation in the Pét-Nat style.
Label / history
Annual production is limited to no more than 5,000 bottles.
